Get your workout after work with the HIIT 50 class. A Tabata-style cardio class that combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio to create a killer power-packed workout experience.
- Sign the release and waiver. All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. If you do not, you will be required to submit one on-site before you can participate.
- Bring Your Own Mat: This class requires a yoga or workout mat. Due to pandemic protocols, we ask that you bring your own mat to safely and comfortably enjoy the class.
