NYC Funds Finder: From NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), NYC Funds Finder is NYC’s first no-cost online capital marketplace for small business owners. Create your account to find available loan and grant resources, or connect with free one-on-one financing assistance.
DSNY Residential Waste Containerization Program: As of November 12th, new rules are now in effect to begin containerizing all residential trash. All properties with 1-9 residential units will be required to use bins with secure lids to set out trash for collection. Join an upcoming virtual info session to learn more about DSNY’s new containerization rules.
Construction Notice: The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) announced pedestrian ramp construction will soon begin at various locations in Manhattan and Queens to upgrade ramps to ADA specifications. The anticipated completion of the entire project is September 2026. Location specific advisories will be distributed 72 hours prior to the start of work at each corner. Locations in Flatiron and NoMad include Madison Avenue from East 23rd Street to East 36th Street. Street Closures:
- East 19th Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South will be closed from 7 am to 6 pm Saturday, December 14th and Sunday, December 15th for vault repair.
- West 21st Street between Sixth Avenue and Fifth Avenue will be closed from 5 am to 3 pm Saturday, December 14th and Sunday, December 15th to facilitate crane operation.
