Winter Storm Warning for NYC

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for NYC beginning tonight and continuing through tomorrow afternoon. Snow accumulation of 5 to 8 inches is possible along with wind gusts up to 40 mph. As a result, NYC Public Schools will be remote tomorrow.

All winter weather information, including the City’s response to the storm, can be found by visiting the City’s Severe Weather page.

Our dedicated Clean Team will be out in the neighborhood shoveling snow and spreading salt to clear pedestrian paths on the Flatiron Public Plazas as well as clearing crosswalks throughout the district.

Property and business owners should be prepared to do their part to keep the community safe by removing snow and ice from sidewalks outside their buildings. Learn more about NYC’s laws for snow removal.
