Next week, we’re launching our latest seasonal program: Winter Glow!

Join us on Thursday, January 16 at 4:30 PM at the Flatiron North Plaza as we unveil our latest interactive art installations The Diamonds by Perséides Studio and Spectrum by Mirari from QDSinternational. The unveiling event will include live music performances as Winter Glow celebrates the elements of light, art, and storytelling in Flatiron & NoMad.

Winter Glow will also celebrate our local businesses with exclusive deals from local Flatiron & NoMad retailers.

NYC Funds Finder: From NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), NYC Funds Finder is NYC’s first no-cost online capital marketplace for small business owners. Create your account to find available loan and grant resources, or connect with free one-on-one financing assistance.

DSNY Residential Waste Containerization Program: As of November 12th, new rules are now in effect to begin containerizing all residential trash. All properties with 1-9 residential units will be required to use bins with secure lids to set out trash for collection. Join an upcoming virtual info session to learn more about DSNY’s new containerization rules.

Construction Notice: The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) announced pedestrian ramp construction will soon begin at various locations in Manhattan and Queens to upgrade ramps to ADA specifications. The anticipated completion of the entire project is September 2026. Location specific advisories will be distributed 72 hours prior to the start of work at each corner. Locations in Flatiron and NoMad include Madison Avenue from East 23rd Street to East 36th Street.
