New Neighbor: PLNT Burger

We’re happy to welcome the flagship location of PLNT Burger, the plant-based, fast-casual restaurant serving up American classics to 1147 Broadway in NoMad.

“The neighborhood has the magic alchemy of weekday office workers, local evening crowds, and destination seekers throughout the weekend,” says CEO & Co-Founder Ben Kaplan. “We can’t wait to become NoMad’s new favorite burger joint!”

PLNT Burger NoMad launches tomorrow, 7/21, and will be open daily from 11 am to 11 pm.

Q2 Report: Spring Sees 20% Foot Traffic Increase

Spring weather ushered in a 20% increase in foot traffic compared to last quarter and the Flatiron Public Plazas averaged 54,739 visits per day.

The Partnership collects pedestrian counts on the Flatiron Public Plazas via three cameras that anonymously tally the number of people passing through. Our latest report summarizes pedestrian traffic from April 1 through June 30.

Cancelled This Week: Flatiron Plaza & NoMad Piazza Fitness Classes

Due to extreme heat, today’s Flatiron Fitness Series event and tomorrow’s Pop-Up Fitness event on the NoMad Piazza will be cancelled.

We will be back next week with more free outdoor workout classes in the Flatiron South Plaza held in partnership with Whole Foods Market.

Now Open: Register for Final Fitness Classes of the Season

Registration is now open for the final Flatiron Fitness Series classes of the season! These ‘Wellness Wednesday’ classes offered in partnership with Whole Foods Market will take place on the Flatiron South Plaza at 6 pm.

Sunset Salsa Returns to the Flatiron Plaza July 28

Grab your dancing shoes and head to the Flatiron North Plaza at 23rd & Broadway for an evening of Latin beats next Thursday, July 28. Salsa dancing and live music from Benny Lopez Latin Jazz Ensemble begins at 5 pm and attendees are welcome to join.

If dancing isn’t your jam, grab a seat in the audience. Pull up a plaza chair to enjoy live Latin jazz and salsa on a summer evening.

Events are free and attendees are encouraged to RSVP. This event is para todos!
