Your Guide to Pride in Flatiron & NoMad

June is Pride Month, a celebration of the civil rights of the LGBTQ+ community and commemoration of the 1969 Stonewall Uprising. On Sunday, June 30th, the NYC Pride March will step off from 25th Street and Fifth Avenue at noon.

Street Closures:

  • West 24th Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue will be closed from 5 am to 3 pm Saturday, June 15th and Sunday, June 16th to facilitate crane operation.
  • East 27th Street between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue will be closed from 7 am to 9 pm Saturday, June 15th and Sunday, June 16th for use of mobile crane to erect steel.

 

Con Edison Work Notice:

  • Con Edison will be doing gas upgrade work on Fifth Avenue between 26th and 27th Streets on Saturdays from 8 am – 6 pm and Sundays from 9 am – 6 pm through August 30th.
