The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is hosting the NYC Small Business Month Expo next Thursday, May 29th from 9 am – 4 pm at 415 Fifth Avenue.

Local Businesses: Get Involved with the NoMad Jazz Festival: Local Flatiron & NoMad businesses are invited to participate (for free!) in the NoMad Jazz Festival, a weeklong celebration of music, culture, and community happening August 3–10, 2025. Interested? Fill out our Community Interest Form to be considered for this year’s festivities. Pop-up venue submissions are due by this Friday, May 23rd.

Link NYC LinkLocal Program: LinkNYC has expanded its free ad offerings for local small businesses. Creative features that were previously only available through the paid LinkLocal Plus tier are now free for all LinkLocal users. LinkNYC has partnered with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to host monthly webinars that help New York City-based organizations learn how to take advantage of the LinkLocal program.

Construction Notice: Now – Friday, June 13th from 7 am – 3:30 pm, there will be no parking and limited crosswalk access at the following locations for installation of improved pedestrian ramps:
