Link NYC LinkLocal Program: LinkNYC has expanded its free ad offerings for local small businesses. Creative features that were previously only available through the paid LinkLocal Plus tier are now free for all LinkLocal users. LinkNYC has partnered with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to host monthly webinars that help New York City-based organizations learn how to take advantage of the LinkLocal program.

Construction Notice: The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) announced pedestrian ramp construction will soon begin at various locations in Manhattan and Queens to upgrade ramps to ADA specifications. The anticipated completion of the entire project is September 2026. Location specific advisories will be distributed 72 hours prior to the start of work at each corner. Locations in Flatiron and NoMad include Madison Avenue from East 23rd Street to East 36th Street. - Thorne: Thursday, May 8th from 10 am – 7 am on the Flatiron North Plaza
Street Closures:
- East 21st Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South will be closed from 8 am – 6 pm Saturday and 9 am – 6 pm Sunday through 5/11/25 to facilitate crane operation.
- West 22nd Street between Sixth Avenue and Fifth Avenue will be closed from 6 am – 3 pm Saturday and Sunday through 5/11/25 to facilitate crane operation.
