Get Involved: Dining Out NYC

Mayor Adams and NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez are advancing “Dining Out NYC” – the City’s permanent outdoor dining program – through the launch of a public outreach and engagement campaign to gather feedback on new proposed rules.

New Neighbor: The Groom Shop

We’re excited to welcome The Groom Shop, the new destination for grooms and groomsmen, to 111 West 20th Street in Flatiron.

“We’ve been downtown for nearly two decades and are thrilled to expand to the iconic Flatiron & NoMad District, with its storied tradition of menswear and fashion,” says Brady O’Callahan, Store Director.

The Groom Shop is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 am – 7 pm and Saturday through Sunday from 10 am – 6 pm.

Film Shoot: Street Closure

Fifth Avenue from 23rd Street south to 19th Street will be closed this Friday, October 27th from 9:30 am to 12 pm to accommodate a film shoot.

Pedestrians will be allowed through the area but may be held from crossing the streets at certain locations by film production team members.

Restaurant Owners & Operators: NYC Winter Restaurant Week registration is open. Early bird registration ends Tuesday, October 31st. Interested restaurants must complete this form. Contact here with any questions.

Street Closures

  • West 24th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue will be closed from 6 am to 1 pm each Saturday and Sunday through November 5th for building facade inspection.
