RFQ: Event Production & Art Installation – Flatiron NoMad Día de Muertos

The Flatiron NoMad Partnership (“the Partnership”) is seeking quotes from event production agencies to build art installations to complement the Partnership’s annual Día de Muertos program.

Please send questions before August 30th. Full budget submissions, and installation plans, as one combined PDF with “2024 Día de Muertos Art Installation” in the subject line, to Claudia Rincon, Director of Placemaking, Events & Programs (crincon@flatironnomad.nyc) via email no later than 5PM EST on Friday, September 6th, 2024. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed via email to Claudia Rincon no later than 5PM EST on August 30th, 2024. Questions and responses will be shared with all proposers by September 1st, 2024.
