Ambassadors Clubhouse, 1245 Broadway, (607) 247-8870, @ambassadorsclubhousenyc
Ambassadors Clubhouse has made its New York City debut from London’s acclaimed JKS Restaurants. Located in NoMad, the fine-dining Indian restaurant features a 150-seat opulent interior, inspired by Northern India’s party mansions. “Ambassadors Clubhouse is a celebration of Northern India’s vibrant culinary and hospitality traditions. Bringing the London restaurant to Manhattan allowed us to reimagine classic flavors in a way that is bold, playful, and entirely unique to this city,” says Karam Sethi, Co-Founder and Food & Creative Director. “From the shared dishes to our signature cocktails, every element is designed to create moments that feel both luxurious and deeply rooted in Punjabi culture.” Upon entering the space, guests are welcomed into a dramatic atmosphere with deep navy walls, rich textiles, and artwork by emerging British and American Punjabi artists.
Enjoy a culinary journey curated by Chef Karan Mittal and Karam Sethi, with a menu that combines bold flavors and classic techniques to present a range of influences across dishes made to share. To begin, try the Chili Cheese Pakode, croquettes filled with Hudson Valley cheddar and green chili and the Aloo Mattar Satpura, seven layered samosas. For mains, order the Original BBQ Butter Chicken Chops made in a charcoal clay oven with a cashew nut & ghee Masala and the Masaledar Lamb Biryani, featuring a braised lamb shank with saffron. Pair your meal with a signature cocktail made with regional spices such as the Bhang Southside made with Bombay Sapphire Gin or The Dalhousie Martini. The beverage program also includes an extensive wine list, beer offerings, and non-alcoholic cocktails and lassis. Round out your meal with a dessert such as the Gur Malai Toast complemented by burnt ghee ice cream. Join Ambassadors Clubhouse for a unique dining experience in the heart of the neighborhood! Ambassadors Clubhouse is open daily for dinner from 5 – 11 pm and weekend lunch from 12 – 3 pm. Make your reservation.
