Family Yoga at Chelsea Factory!

Join Shari on Saturday, April 30th, at 10:00am for Family yoga fun! We'll stretch, bend, twist, sing, dance and play yoga at this beautiful new space! We'll practice partner poses and acro-yoga poses, too! We'll also share a special mindfulness craft for the kids to keep! Class ends with relaxation time and calm vibes to follow. Come Play Yoga!
Free to all! Ages 4 and up. Class is 1 hour.
Saturday, October 29th, 10am – 11am. Upcoming dates are November 19th, and December 10th, also at 10am.
