Open Mat | Power Pilates
Work your powerhouse with the classical Pilates exercise sequence. Using your own body as resistance, you will effectively engage all muscle groups with low-impact movements such as the hundred and the teaser. This open class allows for easier modifications and challenging variations.
- Sign the release and waiver. All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. If you do not, you will be required to submit one on site before you can participate.
- Bring Your Own Mat: This class requires a yoga or workout mat. Due to pandemic protocols we ask that you bring your own mat to safely and comfortably enjoy the class.
