Join us for the official release of Bern, which documents Roy Hargrove’s legendary 2000 performance at the Bern Jazz Festival. This previously unissued performance captures Roy at the height of his powers with a stellar quintet – Larry Willis, Sherman Irby, Gerald Cannon, and Willie Jones.
To celebrate the release, the evening begins with a panel discussion and Q&A moderated by Nate Chinen featuring Willie Jones, Gerald Cannon, Zev Feldman and other key collaborators behind the project, followed by a complete screening of the concert.
