Swingers NoMad is participating in Negroni Week 2023 from September 18th – 24th to support Slow Food’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.

Swingers NoMad is supporting this initiative through a charitable donation to Slow Food Negroni Week Fund and their specialty Negroni Week cocktail menu.

Their incredible mixologists have come together to create three unique Negronis, reimagined with a Swingers twist. They hope to showcase our bar program and the mixologists that curate our cocktail menu from top to bottom. So, pinky’s up… we have some Negronis to taste!

Negroni Week Menu

• Tropical Negroni, created by Sebastian Corredor, Bar Manager: Drawing from his expertise in crafting tiki cocktails, Sebastian has put a tropical twist on a classic Negroni with rich notes of almond and molasses balanced by subtly sweet hints of citrus, spice and pleasant bitterness.
• Bergamot White Negroni, created by Iris Franco, Bar Captain: Inspired by an afternoon in the British seaside, Iris has paired highly fragrant notes of bergamot, honey and allspice with the maltiness of Genever to create a beautifully aromatic version of a traditional White Negroni. An elevated twist, this cocktail is bittersweet and deeply aromatic.
• The One-Armed Bandit, created by Tyler Chauvin: Tyler, our Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage, has created a signature take on a Mezcal Negroni. It’s smokey and slightly bitter that’s well rounded from the aged tequila. She’s dubbed this our signature Swingers Negroni – also read as: The One-Armed Bandit.
