FLATIRON NOMAD GLOWS PINK SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The contest is only open to legal US residents. Staff of The Flatiron NoMad Partnership (“The Partnership”), including all including full & part-time Partnership staff, contracted vendors, or board members, (collectively “The Partnership Team”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of “The Partnership Team” are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Partnership as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
  3. Contest Period:

Entries will be accepted during the following periods:

    • Via the Brightr® self-guided tour starting Thursday, January 15th, 2026 at 4:30PM, through Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 11:59PM EST.
    • Alternate Method of Entry: Any mail in entries must be postmarked between Thursday January 15th, 2026, and Monday, March 2, 2026, and received by the Partnership by Friday March 13, 2026.
  1. How to Enter: To participate via the Brighter® self-guided tour, participants must register and create an account on Brightr®. Access to the registration page is HERE. Once an account is created, the participant must locate each Mr. Pink installation across the neighborhood, scan the unique QR code and check-in. Each check-in is an entry to the contest. Up to 9 entries per person are accepted – one entry per Mr. Pink installation check-in. By submitting your information and creating a Brightr® account, you agree to the Brightr® terms of use and privacy policy. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy policy, you cannot participate in this contest via the the Brightr® self-guided tour. The person submitting the entry must be the authorized Brightr® account holder. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Brightr® account.

Alternate Method of Entry: To participate via mail, please click here to download the entry form and mail in to the Partnership at the below address. Up to 9 mail-in entries per person are accepted.

Up to 9 entries per person in total, including both entries via Mr. Pink installation check-ins through Brightr® and mail-in entries. You may not enter more times than indicated by using other identities to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, Your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Partnership.

Participants may withdraw from the Contest by mailing written notice to the Partnership at the above address, postmarked by Monday March 2, 2026, and received by the Partnership by Friday March 16, 2026.

  1. Prizes: Seven (7) prizes will be awarded as follows:
    • 1-Night Stay at Virgin Hotels NYC (blackout dates apply), approximately $1,000 value
    • 2-Night Stay at Hotel Seville NoMad (blackout dates apply), approximately $1,000 value
      • Includes a complimentary two-night stay for two guests at Hotel Seville NoMad, based on availability, in a Deluxe King room. Stay is subject to availability and blackout dates. Incidentals and additional expenses are not included, including but not limited to parking, room service, taxes, and gratuities.
      • Blackout dates apply and include:
        • May 12–13
        • June 12–13, 16, and June 22–30
        • July 3–5 and July 18–20
        • September 21–24
        • December 1–3, 8–10, and December 31
      • The winner will be issued an official award letter from Hotel Seville NoMad with instructions for redemption. Additional restrictions may apply.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The Partnership, and The Partnership reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of greater or equal value.  The prize is nontransferable, and each participant is eligible to receive only one (1) prize.  Winner may not assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash.  Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.

  1. Odds: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  2. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of The Partnership during the week of March 16th, 2026, and will be notified by email within five (5) business days following selection of Winners.  Random drawings shall be conducted in the prize order set forth above, or in such other order as determined by the Partnership in its sole discretion. If a Winner is ineligible because they have already been selected for a Contest prize, then an alternate Winner for such prize will be selected by random drawing.

The Partnership is not liable for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner for any reason, including, without limitation,  Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If disputed, a Brightr® entry will be deemed made by the natural person who is assigned to the Brightr® account. If Winner cannot be contacted, or their prize notice is returned or deemed undeliverable, or if a Winner is ineligible, refuses or fails to claim the prize, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required and take delivery of the prize, within 30 days from the time award notification sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected by subsequent random drawing.

Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Winner must abide by all restrictions in connection with the prize including the terms and conditions of the prize provider. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT THE PARTNERSHIP‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

  1. Terms & Conditions: The Partnership reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if an act, occurrence or reason arises that the Partnership believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Partnership, in its sole discretion, may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by The Partnership. The Partnership reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Partnership has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: duplicate entries from the same individual with different contact information or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, The Partnership reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law or refer the matter to the authorities. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

The Partnership is not responsible for (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you, the postal service or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing or delivery of entries, (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest, (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, app, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or app, or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or handheld device resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Contest, You agree (for Yourself and for Your heirs) to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold harmless, The Partnership and the City of New York, along with their officials, employees, directors, officers affiliates and agents, and any other entity involved in any aspect of the Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, losses, injuries and damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, arising out of or relating to their participation in the Contest; or the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in the Contest; or the use of the participant’s name, photograph, likeness, prize information, entry materials  and/or statements about the contest; except in the case of gross negligence.

Participating in the Contest constitutes permission for The Partnership and the City of New York to use Your name, photograph, likeness, prize information, entry materials and/or statements about the Contest for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Brightr®.  Brightr® is not affiliated with the Partnership in any way.  You release, waive, forever discharge and agree not to sue Brightr® in connection with this Contest.

  1. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND NEW YORK STATE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York State having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
