We first launched the NoMad Piazza Pop-Up on Broadway, from 25th to 27th Streets, in fall 2021 and it proved so popular we brought it back in 2022. This seasonal plaza builds off the success of NYC DOT’s Open Streets and outdoor dining programs and reflects our long-term vision of a pedestrian-first Broadway corridor.
