The Flatiron NoMad Business Improvement District (BID) services the area roughly defined as the south side of 20th Street to the north side of 31st Street, Sixth Avenue to Park Avenue South/Lexington Avenue.

Membership is open to all property owners (commercial or residential), commercial tenants, and residents who are located within the district boundaries. Complete the registration form below to take part in our programming and initiatives, vote at our annual meeting, as well as to be eligible for various benefits to you and your employees.
