Instructor: Eri Kureha After honing her skills at prestigious British culinary schools (Tante Marie School of Cookery and Le Cordon Bleu London), she went on to work in hotel management and also built up a new business, Apple & Roses patisserie & café. Captivated by the rich nature of Azumino, Nagano, she relocated and discovered the healing power of traditional Japanese wild plants and herbs. Embracing the philosophy of “No Nature No Life – We are part of nature,” she established “Botapia,” a specialty store focusing on caffeine-free medicinal herbal teas. Currently, as a certified Oriental Medicinal Tea Advisor/Specialist/Blender, she is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles utilizing the blessings of nature.
